Mission
Our mission is to accelerate the global renewable energy transition by unlocking the carbon value of micro-scale systems. We enable sustainable solar reuse and CO₂ monetization by linking Europe’s decommissioned solar panels with rural energy access in India-empowering underserved communities to participate in global carbon markets.
Through our proprietary micro-scale carbon aggregation engine and digital MRV integration, NaviRex (Still under development) transforms fragmented rooftop systems into verified, income-generating climate assets-driving measurable decarbonisation across the EU–India corridor.
Vision
To become a leading EU-India climate tech platform bridging Europe’s renewable surplus with India’s clean energy challenge through circular solar deployment, digital Monitoring, Reporting, Verification (MRV) systems that transform distributed solar installations into financeable, and globally tradable carbon assets.
What We Do
NaviRex is a Hamburg-based climate tech start up enabling circular value creation across the global solar ecosystem. We refurbish and re-certify surplus solar panels from Europe and deploy them in rural India through our own family EPC partner. These systems are paired with new inverters, batteries, and monitoring tools to ensure safe, bankable, and traceable energy deployments.
Our core innovation lies in unlocking the latent carbon value of these micro-scale solar installations. Although rooftop systems in the Global South collectively avoid millions of tons of CO₂, their contributions are often too small, fragmented, and difficult to verify to qualify for formal carbon markets. NaviRex changes that.
We hold a provisional patent on a System and Method for Aggregation and Certification of Micro-Scale Distributed Carbon Offsets, featuring our proprietary Micro-Scale Carbon Bundling Engine. This engine aggregates verified emission reductions across thousands of small sites by combining decentralized data ingestion, dynamic baseline modelling, and fraud-resistant digital identities — enabling low-cost, high-integrity carbon credit generation at scale.
Each system we deploy is automatically integrated into this carbon crediting engine, ensuring verified monetization of its CO₂ savings.
In parallel, NaviRex monetizes these verified carbon savings through partnerships with MRV platforms and carbon buyers in Europe — creating a transparent, digitally traceable bridge between rural decarbonization in India and Europe’s net-zero goals.
Importantly, our NaviRex Trace platform is open to all rooftop solar owners in India — including those who installed their systems independently. By digitally on boarding, they too can participate in carbon markets and earn income from their clean energy systems.
Additionally, through our NaviRex Trade division, we plan to import and certify Tier-1 Indian-manufactured solar panels to diversify and stabilize the European solar market, especially in light of growing geopolitical and supply chain risks.
